I.S. Law Firm Attended ATA-DC Fundraising Concert in Support of Earthquake Victims in Turkey

I.S. Law Firm proudly sponsored our esteemed colleague Furkan Bayraktar and his friend’s attendance at the ATA-DC Earthquake Fundraising Concert. We believe in supporting our global community during challenging times, and this event showed how dedicated we are to that belief.

The Türkiye Earthquake Relief Concert and Fundraiser, organized by the American Turkish Association of Washington DC (ATA-DC), is a remarkable effort to aid those affected by the twin earthquakes that devastated southeastern Türkiye. This unparalleled tragedy has resulted in millions losing loved ones, homes, and savings.

The concert brought together talented Turkish and international musicians and bands, who generously showcased their incredible talents to honor the lives lost and provide support for the survivors. Their performances were filled with emotion, serving as a powerful reminder of the impact music and compassion can have in times of distress.

All the proceeds from the concert will be directed to the Children Welfare Center (Çocuk İyilik Merkezi) at Çukurova University in Adana, Türkiye. This center, established with the support of Turkish-American doctors, aims to provide essential treatment and cover the expenses of prostheses for children who have suffered limb amputations due to the earthquakes. We are proud to have played a part in this important initiative.

Natural disasters like earthquakes can have devastating consequences, and communities must unite and support one another during these challenging times. As an immigration law firm, we understand the importance of unity and compassion, regardless of national boundaries. Our support for the earthquake victims in Türkiye reflects our commitment to positively impacting the global stage.

We are grateful to the American Turkish Association of Washington, DC, for organizing this fundraising concert and providing an avenue for people to contribute to the relief efforts. Their dedication and hard work have made a significant difference in the lives of those affected by the earthquakes.

If you are interested in contributing to the cause, we encourage you to visit the ATA-DC website for more information. Let us continue to stand together, extending our support and empathy to those affected by the earthquake in Türkiye. By joining hands and working collectively, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
