You may enter the 2024 Diversity Visa Program starting October 5 at 12PM (ET) 

This year the DV-2024 (Green Card Lottery) is open from October 5 to November 8, 2022 and allows those from countries with low US immigration rates, who meet eligibility requirements, to enter for a chance to apply for a US immigrant visa. 

 www.dvprogram.state.gov is the only way to enter.
